We’re on the lookout for a superstar to join our team as a Support Specialist. This role isn’t just about resolving issues and answering calls swiftly; it’s about delivering truly outstanding service that exceeds expectations. We’re seeking proactive problem-solvers, not just manual followers.
As we provide support for events, availability on weekends is required. This means occasional weekend shifts will be part of the job. We understand this may not suit everyone, so please consider this before applying.
Your responsibilities
Ensure an excellent customer experience for clients who purchase event tickets.
Provide outstanding customer service through live chat, phone, and email support.
Represent the brand with professionalism and care across all online channels.
Collaborate with various teams to deliver swift and effective solutions to customer issues.
What we're looking for
Fluent in Estonian and English with exceptional communication skills
Previous experience in customer support.
The ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way.
Strong numeracy, IT, and analytical skills.
A keen eye for detail.
Empathy and a genuine passion for helping people.
A flexible, team-oriented attitude.
The ability to learn independently and solve problems effectively.
